What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Project Coordinator position at Tri-county Council Foundation Inc?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary function of this position is the coordination of educational, training and/or work programs in FIA. The goal is to enhance customers job skills, so they may become employed and/or access higher level jobs with better wages and benefits. Tasks include assessments and the development and monitoring of the Individual Family Independence Plan (FIP) for program participants. Additionally, this position will determine technical and financial program eligibility, provide case management and electronic file management services for Family Investment Administration programs in accordance with Federal, State, and local procedures.
Preferred Qualifications-
Graduation from an accredited high school or higher, (comparable work experience will be considered). Strong customer service, networking, organizational and time management skills. Clear speaking voice, courteous demeanor and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and information in written form. Computer literacy in common software programs and ability to learn program specific software to perform daily tasks.
