What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Custodians position at Tri-County North School District?
Tri-County North has openings for substitute custodians. Position is on an as needed basis. Pay is $15.00 per hour.
Physical Demands: stands, walks, climbs stairs and ladders most of the day. Stoops, crouches, pushes and pulls equipment. Lifts medium weight (50 lbs.). Some occasional heavy lifting.
Essential Functions
Performs routine housekeeping duties: cleans corridors, clasrooms, restrooms, cafeteria, kitchen, and other cleaning chores as needed.
Performs heavy service work: moves and transports all types of furniture, machinery, supplies and other equipment. May operate several kinds of electrical and gas powered equipment (vacuum cleaner, buffer, floor stripper, carpet cleaning machines, etc.).
Interested candidates will be required to pass a background check.
