Freight Broker
Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm, working every 5th weekend.
Tri-National, Inc., an asset-based carrier, has a new job opportunity in the Brokerage Department at our Terminal in St. Charles, MO. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and strive for excellence in customer service, TNI would be a great place for you. TNI is looking for individuals who have experience in freight brokerage. We service Mexico, US, and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Match freight with carriers
§ Manage freight from current customers
§ Generate new carriers
§ Generate new freight opportunities
§ Dispatch drivers
§ Plan, track and trace freight
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
§ Looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize
§ Must possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
§ Possess proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and AS400
§ Prior experience in Brokerage/Logistics industry
§ Customer/Carrier following, a plus
