Tri-Supply is looking for experienced sales professionals for our builder sales team in the Beaumont, Texas market. The ideal candidate would be already well established in this area and have a network of local connections to leverage for a quick start as well as having experience selling products and services related to residential home construction direct to builders and their customers.

Skills Needed
- Millwork, door and window sales experience from lead generation through close with customers.
- Ability to read construction prints and perform take-offs from prints as well as job-site measuring.
- Develop a prospect list of qualified leads through referrals, face-to-face calling on business owners, email, networking, telephone, etc.
- Follow up on all bids in a timely manner.
- Solve problems quickly and make smart decisions that drive sales and customer service.
- Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge including attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity, results and customer information.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with discipline
- Ability to be organized, efficient and have the skill to multitask.
- At least 2 years sales experience in builder sales
- Clear driving record
- Clear background check
