Door and Window Service Tech

Our expanding Austin, TX location is looking for a Door and Window Service Technician to service windows, doors and millwork in the Central Texas area. This position requires experience with proper door and window application and other relevant construction knowledge. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, resilience, and leadership potential providing a career path to service department management.

 Skills and Experience Needed:
  • Minimum one year experience servicing windows and door experiences (or similar products)
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to confidently speak with builders and their customers about the best solution to a problem
  • Proven ability to quickly identify and rectify improperly installed products achieving the best operation possible for each situation
  • Proficiency with power and hand tools; experience performing in-home adjustments to doors, windows, and other millwork products.
  
  Requirements:
  • Motor Vehilce Record check, background check, and drug screening required
  • Maintain a professional appearance for in-home service
  • Ability to follow instruction
  • Proficiency in basic computer and software operation
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as required
