What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey CAD Technician position at Tri-Tech Surveying & Engineering?
Seeking a Survey CAD Technician in our San Marcos, TX office who is hands-on, has solid experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Primary drafting duties will be for home builder clients in producing plot plans, form surveys and final surveys. Experienced technician should be proficient with topographic surveys, production builder lot stake/envelopes/final title surveys, boundary surveys and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.
Job Requirements:
- Must be proficient and have working knowledge in AutoCad. Civil 3D a plus
- Working knowledge of land surveying preferred
- Prior experience with a home builder in either plot plans or starts department a plus
- Associates degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent work experience
