About This Role:
Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC)a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Senior Capture Manager. The Senior Capture Manager will report to the Director of Capture and is responsible working across the enterprise to manage opportunity identification, qualification, capture and proposal activities of a multi-billion dollar professional services/solutions pipeline, and focus on capture at VA, DHA, DHS, DoD, and other Federal Agencies. This individual will play a key role in working with Proposal Managers and Account Managers on all captures efforts to ensure that all aspects of capture to include win strategy, engagement, shaping, solutioning, teaming, and proposal readiness are timely, high quality, and differentiated to increase overall PWIN. As a Senior Capture Manager, you are expected to participate in business planning activities to include weekly pipeline and gate reviews, bid agenda development, opportunity gate reviews, win theme and discriminator solution sessions, and proposal development/review. You will develop and execute a capture plan to increase the organization Pwin by obtaining customer meetings, developing relationships with CO, CORs, and government PMs, finding incumbent staff, refining the price to win, and developing staffing and technical solutions for each opportunity. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to strategize, define, implement and execute strategic campaigns to drive growth. Responsibilities:
