TOURISM MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

~ proactive to earn bonus $ every quarter

~ reside very near/in Winston-Salem

~ degree in Tourism, Recreation, or Events

~ well articulated to firmly lead well

~ healthy physical shape for recreation

~ demonstrated leadership positions/skills

~ base Compensation & earned bonuses

~ available 24/7 for flexible scheduling (& customer needs), weather sensitive

~ able to work harmoously with diversity of customers/coworkers

~ able to execute a determined team culture

~ excel with Apple platform products

~ 35-45 hr work weeks during slow season, 45-55 hrs during peak season (8 mos)

TOURISM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

~ facilitating a 6-day a week customer welcome, weather sensitive

~ functional toward increasing Tourism revenue across 4 Activities

~ facilitating peak season staffing capacities (April-September)

~ facilitating training and leadership of Tour Guides/Drivers

~ having attentive asset and inventory accountability

~ monthly financial profit performance orientation (QuickBooks)

~ effective with Community and trade representations
