We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of engineering and production projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will act as the central liaison between the engineering team, customers, production, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, high-quality output, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Oversight & Coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact, managing communication and alignment between engineering, production, and customers.
• Monitor project timelines, address potential delays, and ensure on-time delivery.
2. Prototype Production Management
• Oversee the production, testing, and delivery of prototypes, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
• Provide technical support during prototype reviews and ensure customer feedback is captured and addressed.
3. Customer Communication
• Provide regular updates to customers on project milestones, delivery schedules, and changes.
• Share necessary documents and files to keep customers informed throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Quality Control
• Conduct quality control checks at vendor and internal production sites for fixtures, prototypes, and final products.
• Address and resolve any issues with product delivery, packaging, or shipping.
5. Installation Support
• Support installation processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful setup and integration.
6. Additional Responsibilities
• Adapt to evolving project requirements and customer needs.
• Take on additional project-related tasks as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
