An associate project coordinator is responsible for planning and allocating resources, preparing estimates, monitoring progress of jobs, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Successful Candidates will be expected to:
- Produce Shop drawings and 3 dimensional models in Tekla Structures
- Organizing and maintaining a digital file database for each project
- Uses knowledge of tools and drafting to complete assigned tasks including 3D model development, completing design changes, general arrangement drawing production, and drafting using CAD platforms.
- Facilitating and ensuring the quality of the drawings and graphic work produced for the team
- Communicating with other team members during the 3D model and plan production
- Ensure CAD standards and styles, quality assurance and quality control procedures are followed during drawing, planning and production
- Work to meet project schedules
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications/Required Experience
- Familiar with Solid Works, SDS2, Tekla, Creo, or other 3D CAD software preferred.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

- Minimum 1 year working experience preferred but not mandatory
- Entry-level will train candidate on Tekla Structures software
- Certificate from a technical center or have obtained a minimum 2 yr college degree in drafting.
