We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to support our company's daily operations in a hospitality facility in Arlington/Frisco, Texas. The Area Manager will be responsible for operations management, strategic planning, and process improvement as well as building and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, experience in facility services, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in driving operational efficiency. Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays. Bilingual is required (spanish and english).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned areas within the facility in Arlington and Frisco, TX.
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market.
- Manage hospitality accounts.
- Address operational challenges and issues as they arise, employing effective problem-solving techniques.
