Job Summary:
- As a Traveling Speech Language Therapist with Triage Staffing, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in need.
- You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address specific goals and objectives.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, as well as group sessions when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current licensure in good standing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
