THE SCHEDULE:
Join our team as a Chiropractic Office Manager, where you'll enjoy a balanced schedule of 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with a delightful early close at 12 PM on Fridays and a relaxed 9 AM start on Mondays.
YOUR ROLE:
As you step into Triangle Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center, the day unfolds with a lively buzz that you effortlessly oversee. You greet staff and patients with a warm smile, managing phone calls, texts, emails, and even mail, making every interaction feel friendly and genuine. Tracking statistics becomes a fun challenge as you turn numbers into actionable insights while streamlining office practices for maintenance, inventory, and accounts. Leading the weekly team meetings, you spark excitement and camaraderie, jotting down notes that keep everyone in sync. Each day in your vibrant chiropractic hub is not just productive but also a joyful celebration of teamwork and care!
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as team lead
- Experience in project management to completion
- Interest in health & wellness
- Excellent organization skills
- Professional-level proficiency in English
Experience in office management and a healthcare setting is preferred!
