We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team of podiatry professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of podiatry, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries from patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collect payments from patients and process insurance claims.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Understand the basics of podiatry and be able to answer basic questions about the field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

  • Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
