Position Summary
The Manufacturing Technician supports the assembly, testing, and maintenance of TRIC’s robotic systems and components. This role works closely with engineering and operations to ensure products meet safety, quality, and performance standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components of TRIC’s robotic platforms using hand and power tools
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings
- Perform functional testing and quality checks on completed units
- Troubleshoot and repair systems during the assembly and field-readiness processes
- Support inventory management by tracking parts used and reporting shortages
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering to improve assembly processes and tooling
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times
- Assist with packing and preparation of systems for field deployment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree is a plus
- 1 years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or robotics setting
- Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working on your feet and occasionally lifting 30–50 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

- Hourly rate starting at $25.00
