This role will work closely with consultants, product owners, and technical partners to analyze benefits data, enhance reporting capabilities, and support solution design across the benefits technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical analysis of benefits data (client, claims, enrollment, program data) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models for stakeholders and client-facing reporting.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct data validation, root-cause analysis, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Partner with consultants to support reporting needs for client renewals and strategy development.
- 2-4 years of experience in a data, business, or technical analyst role.
- Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, visual design).
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
- Experience within the Benefits or Insurance industries.
- Familiarity with benefits concepts (medical, dental, pharmacy, plan design, enrollment data).
