Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Plano, TX or Issaquah, WA (Onsite)
Type: Contract (C2C /W2)
Tenure: 6 to 8 months with possible extensions

Experience:
• Overall IT experience 15 years
• Minimum experience of 5 years in Project Management and Scrum Master roles
Top 3 Must Haves:
1. Project Management
2. Technical Management (GCP, .NET)
3. Experience in Cloud Development and Migration
Job Summary:
• Candidate must have worked as developer, tech lead etc and moved to the track of Project Management/Scrum Master.
• He/She must possess prior experience in the Retail Domain.
• As part of PM activities, he/she must have coordinated production deployments.

• JIRA Dashboard Creations
• Microsoft Project Plan
• Metrics and weekly status reporting
Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure that they stay within the allocated budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Performance Tracking: Track project progress and performance against established metrics.
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate blockers that impede the team's progress.
• Coach the Team: Educate and guide the team in Agile practices and the Scrum framework.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team reflection and adaptation.
• Collaboration: Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is clear and prioritized.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders.
