PAINTER/MAINTENANCE TECH FULL-TIME POSITION: Painter/Maintenance TechJOB SUMMARY: Independently performs brush and spray painting of buildings, structures and equipment. Receives work orders and selects or requests tools, materials and supplies. Prepares various types of surfaces for painting. Applies paints, enamels and varnishes to interior, exterior, finished and rough surfaces using brushes, rollers and spray guns. Supporting Maintenance Department in maintaining facilities and grounds.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school education or equivalent. Minimum of two years of painting experience.
REPORTS TO: CEO
