Purpose of Position: Responsible for the execution of one or several Trillium programs, including cost, schedule, and technical performance. Oversees program lifecycle and manages activities to meet company goals and financial targets, working cross-functionally in a matrix organization. Assists business development activities through opportunity capture with strategy and proposal development, program execution planning and pricing through internal Phase Gate process. Develops program financial forecasts that support calendar year and long-range business plans.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Develops program execution plans to ensure internal and external alignment with business and customer objectives.
- Estimates and communicates internal resourcing needs supporting program execution.
- Identifies and manages program risks and opportunities.
- Communicate the program's status and health to stakeholders.
- Lead program meetings with functional support staff and program reviews with either customer or Trillium executive staff.
- Develop and implement program capture plans, proposals, and detailed statements of work for customer contracts.
- Develop long-term customer relationships to lead Trillium product development and organic program revenue growth.
- Track and report details of the "voice of the customer" to teams, including reporting, metrics, and facilitating customer engagement (e.g., surveys, interviews, etc.).
- Actively monitors program scope, ensuring contract alignment.
- Domestic and international travel to customer and government sites to support regular program status meetings and demos.
- Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience, and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Three years experience in management or leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Master's degree in business or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Project Management Certification, preferred.
- Knowledge of actionable imagery for small UAS tactical operations industry.
Physical Demands of Position:
- Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds (materials/equipment)
