You will work with other disciplines needed to maximize the patient’s outcome, be a patient advocate, and communicate with the primary Doctor, Clinical Team Manager, and other team members to manage the patient’s care. Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- 1 year nursing experience preferred.
- Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Agency.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
