What are the responsibilities and job description for the Armed Security Officer position at Trilogy Security Group, LLC?
We’re seeking an Armed Security Officer to safeguard tenants, employees and visitors by patrolling our facilities and managing situations or events. As an Armed Security Officer, you will carry out risk assessments at our locations, respond to security alarms and assist first responders as needed. You should have a good knowledge of physical security and have experience in patrolling, crowd control and first aid. Knowledge of surveillance systems is preferred. In addition to using your training, you should be capable of exercising sound judgment in potentially life-threatening situations and act accordingly. Ultimately, the Armed Security Officer will protect our tenants, employees and visitors from potential dangers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness of immediate environment .
- Report and respond to unanticipated incidents and hazards .
- Monitor, report and document unusual conditions or activities.
- Protect people, assets, property and information systems from security threats .
- Report suspicious or unusual behavior and/or potential criminal activity .
- Direct emergency response efforts for life-threatening situations .
- Provide security at various types of facilities (e.g. government, military, industrial etc.).
Hours are from:
5PM-1AM
6PM-2AM
7PM-3AM
Must have valid drivers license and willing to work in a proactive environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
