What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive the Complete Admissions Cycle - Serve as the authoritative first point of contact for prospective families, delivering responsive communication and guiding candidates through each stage of our streamlined application process.
  • Execute Compelling Showcase Events - Design and lead tours, open houses, and information sessions that demonstrate our distinctive educational approach and the measurable advantages our students gain.
  • Leverage Analytics for Strategic Decision-Making - Maintain precise metrics in HubSpot and SIS platforms, analyze conversion patterns, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Standardize Excellence - Develop and refine comprehensive admissions documentation, ensuring consistent messaging and exceptional experience delivery.
  • Cultivate High-Value Relationships - Engage prospective families with sophisticated, personalized attention that addresses their specific educational priorities and concerns.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing comprehensive admissions or enrollment processes in competitive academic environments, with demonstrated enrollment growth results.
  • Superior communication capabilities across all mediums, with the ability to articulate complex educational concepts with clarity and persuasion.
  • Commanding professional presence that instills immediate confidence in discerning prospective families.
  • Exceptional organizational discipline and capacity to manage multiple priorities across different campuses while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM and SIS platforms (HubSpot, Veracross) with meticulous data management practices.
  • Established record of delivering premium, client-centered service experiences.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX or prepared to relocate, with availability for up to 20% domestic travel.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
