What You Will Be Doing

- Build meaningful relationships with K-8 learners, serving as their trusted guide and inspiration for boundless thinking
- Harness cutting-edge AI and adaptive learning platforms to create truly personalized educational journeys - you'll facilitate discovery while students set their own learning pace
- Create and facilitate dynamic life-skills workshops covering essential areas like confident communication, strategic goal-setting, and effective collaboration
- Cultivate an environment where curiosity flourishes and ambition grows, helping each student uncover their unique talents and passions
Camp Coordinator key responsibilities
Essential Qualifications For Success In This Transformative Role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (any field of study)
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with proven experience captivating and motivating audiences
- Genuine passion for connecting with and inspiring elementary and middle school students
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in coaching, mentoring, or guiding young people
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Commitment to on-site work at either our Phoenix or Austin campus location
- Availability to participate in our comprehensive paid training program at our Austin headquarters
