What You Will Be Doing

- Conquering technical challenges with confidence: troubleshooting issues, managing device migrations, and establishing yourself as the authoritative resource for all technology needs.
- Transforming spaces into professional environments for events and executing flawless logistics that reflect Alpha's standards of excellence.
- Cultivating trust with students, parents, and staff through precise communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Implementing and overseeing comprehensive campus safety measures, including emergency protocols, security drills, and access management.
- Developing curriculum or delivering classroom instruction—your expertise is dedicated to operational excellence that enables educators to focus on teaching.
- Following bureaucratic processes that delay action—this role demands decisive leadership and proactive problem-solving.
- Operating in isolation—your success depends on building strategic relationships across the campus community.

Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of resolving complex operational issues with decisive action and minimal supervision

- Fluent communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Exceptional ownership mentality with evidence of self-directed initiative
