Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Fostering a culture of growth, learning, and ambition, guiding students to discover their strengths and interests.
- Contributing to the continuous innovation and improvement of Alpha's educational model, sharing insights and ideas.
- Leading impactful life skills workshops that prepare students for lifelong success
- Falling into the routine of traditional educational methods; no stuffy lectures or rigid lesson plans. You're neither a tutor nor a teaching assistant.
- Overlooking the importance of personal growth and development within the educational journey.
- Limiting students to conventional learning tools and methods, ignoring the power of technology and innovation.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any subject
- Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences
- A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
- Experience coaching or mentoring children
- Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work in-person at our Nassau campus
- Able to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
