What You Will Be Doing
- Organizing virtual and in-person events to introduce Novatio to potential families throughout Arizona.
- Personally assisting parents through every step of the admissions process, from initial interest to final enrollment.
- Acting as the main contact for enrolled families, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Fostering enduring relationships with community partners and local influencers to boost awareness and trust.
- Being a visible and compelling advocate for Novatio's family-first, AI-driven educational model.
- Overseeing academic operations or managing teaching staff.
- Following scripts or engaging in cold outreach; your role is centered on building relationships, not transactions.
- Sitting behind a screen all day; this position is active, engaging, and outward-focused.
- Promoting traditional educational talking points; Novatio is proudly non-traditional, and so are you.

Basic Requirements
- Located in Arizona with the ability to travel statewide for family and community events.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Over 3 years of experience in school or educational leadership, including team management and operational oversight.
- Demonstrated success in leading family engagement, enrollment growth, or community partnership initiatives.
- Proficient in virtual learning tools, data systems, and digital communication platforms.
- Effective communicator capable of delivering clear presentations to diverse family and stakeholder audiences.
- Alignment with Novatio's 2 Hour Learning model, AI-driven instruction, and family-first values.
- Fluency in Spanish or cultural competency with Arizona's Latino-Hispanic communities.
- Experience in charter, online, or alternative school models.
- Previous success as a founding school leader or in fast-growth educational environments.
