- Working exclusively with a single district instead of implementing across multiple school systems

Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
- Proven track record of leading full MTSS framework implementations across multiple districts or schools
- Expertise in managing intervention documentation, compliance processes, and progress monitoring systems
- Successful experience in coordinating between general education, special education, and intervention teams
- History of training and coaching groups of 50 educators on intervention frameworks and systems
- Proficiency in handling complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently to successful completion
- Based in the United States and open to traveling up to 30% for on-site training
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
