What You Will Be Doing

• Crafting and implementing district plans to achieve widespread adoption of our MTSS framework
• Providing dynamic professional development to empower educators with confidence and enthusiasm for our solution
• Tracking implementation progress and evaluating student performance data to ensure district objectives are met
• Collaborating with district leaders to address challenges and enhance student support initiatives
• Conducting on-site training sessions to forge strong connections with key stakeholders

Educational Program Manager Key Responsibilities

Drive student success by enabling districts to effectively implement our AI-enhanced MTSS framework, resulting in measurable improvements in learning outcomes.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
• Proven track record of leading full MTSS framework implementations across multiple districts or schools
• Expertise in managing intervention documentation, compliance processes, and progress monitoring systems
• Successful experience in coordinating between general education, special education, and intervention teams
• History of training and coaching groups of 50 educators on intervention frameworks and systems
• Proficiency in handling complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently to successful completion
• Based in the United States and open to traveling up to 30% for on-site training
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
