What You Will Be Doing

  • Spearhead the complete admissions lifecycle, serving as the authoritative voice and face of 2-Hour Learning for prospective families through every stage of consideration and application.
  • Orchestrate compelling school tours, open houses, and information sessions that demonstrably illustrate our accelerated learning model and its transformative outcomes.
  • Leverage data analytics in HubSpot and SIS to identify enrollment patterns, optimize conversion rates, and deliver actionable intelligence to leadership.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance admissions documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure exceptional consistency across all family interactions.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospective families, addressing their unique concerns and aspirations with tailored, insightful engagement.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Navigating bureaucratic approval chains—you'll have the authority to implement improvements to the admissions process with minimal red tape.
  • Overseeing a large administrative team—this role focuses on your direct leadership of the admissions process rather than extensive personnel management.
  • Delivering generic, one-size-fits-all presentations—every family interaction will be strategically personalized to address specific needs and questions.
  • Maintaining status quo processes—you'll be expected to continuously refine and elevate the admissions experience based on measurable outcomes.

Enrollment Director Key Responsibilities

Drive enrollment growth by designing and executing a premium admissions experience that consistently converts qualified prospects into enrolled families committed to our revolutionary educational model.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing comprehensive admissions or enrollment processes in competitive academic environments, with demonstrable enrollment growth results.
  • Superior communication capabilities, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex educational concepts with clarity and persuasiveness.
  • Commanding executive presence that projects professionalism, expertise, and inspires confidence in prospective families.
  • Exceptional organizational acumen and time management proficiency, capable of simultaneously managing multiple families, campuses, and critical deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM and SIS platforms (specifically HubSpot, Veracross) with demonstrated excellence in data integrity management.
  • Verified track record delivering high-touch, client-focused service experiences.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX—or prepared to relocate—with ability to travel up to 20% within the United States.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Direct experience in private school admissions, particularly working with high-net-worth families and their unique expectations.
  • Professional background in strategic sales or marketing with demonstrated expertise in narrative development and relationship cultivation.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
