What You Will Be Doing
- Architect and execute district-wide implementation strategies that drive exceptional adoption rates of our AI-powered MTSS framework
- Deliver compelling professional development that transforms educator mindsets and builds mastery of our system
- Analyze implementation metrics and student performance data to ensure districts achieve breakthrough learning outcomes
- Collaborate with district leadership to overcome adoption barriers and optimize intervention effectiveness
- Lead high-impact on-site training sessions that establish credibility with key stakeholders and secure long-term program success
- Creating customized, one-off implementations that deviate from our evidence-based, standardized methodology
- Transitioning to account management after initial implementation rather than driving sustained adoption and results
- Managing administrative paperwork that diverts focus from measurable student achievement gains
- Working with limited scope in a single district instead of implementing across diverse school systems

Basic Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in MTSS/RTI leadership positions (MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
- Demonstrated success leading comprehensive MTSS framework implementations across multiple educational environments
- Mastery of intervention documentation systems, compliance requirements, and progress monitoring methodologies
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively between general education, special education, and intervention teams
- Exceptional record training and coaching large educator groups (50 ) on intervention frameworks and systems
- Demonstrated capacity to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to successful completion
- Based in the United States with capability to travel up to 30% for on-site district training
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
