What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outdoor Program Operations Coordinator, 2 Hour Learning - $60,000/year USD position at Trilogy?
If you thrive on being active, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring everyone around you is safe and prepared for the next adventure, then your ideal job might be waiting at Waypoint Academy.
At Waypoint, we redefine the classroom experience by merging academic rigor with hands-on outdoor learning that cultivates skills such as resilience, collaboration, and leadership. Our K–8 students tackle math and reading in the morning, and in the afternoon, they venture into the outdoors to build shelters, hike, or manage project budgets. To keep this dynamic learning environment operational, we need someone who can ensure our campus is a seamless blend of nature and education.
As the cornerstone of our outdoor program, you'll be pivotal in maintaining our campus's readiness, organizing workshops, liaising with families, and ensuring every student feels secure and nurtured. This full-time, on-site role at our Dripping Springs, TX location is not for everyone, but if you desire a job where your work has a meaningful impact daily, continue reading.
What You Will Be Doing
Ensure the campus is consistently a safe, prepared, and supportive environment, allowing students and staff to concentrate on growth and learning rather than logistical challenges.
Basic Requirements
Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one-size-fits-all model and replacing it with AI-driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.
With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
2 Hour Learning is reprogramming learning for the AI era.
