What You Will Be Doing
- Igniting and leading lively recruitment campaigns on campus to attract exceptional CS/ML students.
- Building meaningful relationships with students, faculty, and university groups.
- Managing a dynamic talent pipeline with precision and enthusiasm.
- Traveling frequently between Austin, Stanford, and MIT to host recruitment events and nurture connections.
- Spending long hours in a quiet office environment.
- Following a traditional 9-to-5 work schedule.
- Recruiting without stepping out of your comfort zone or engaging with students face-to-face.

Basic Requirements
- 1 years of experience in college recruiting or university admissions with a track record of success in high-volume candidate engagement
- Proven ability to consistently meet ambitious outreach and conversion targets
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful recruiting and marketing events
- Demonstrated skill in managing complex projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in using ATS/CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines
- Based in Austin, TX, or open to relocation
- Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak recruitment periods (January-May, August-November)
