What You Will Be Doing

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study
- Distinguished athletic background (qualifying experiences include Olympic participation, national/world championship competition, professional/semi-professional athletic career, or Division I collegiate athletics)
- Proven academic achievement demonstrating your ability to excel intellectually while pursuing athletic excellence
- Remarkable capacity to inspire and energize others, with evidence of your ability to create engaging, motivational environments
- Genuine passion for holistic development with the ability to translate athletic principles into powerful life lessons
- Availability to begin on-site work in Austin, Texas by July 2024
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Prior involvement in educational environments or youth sports coaching programs
- Academic credentials or professional experience in psychology, education, or related disciplines that enhance mentorship capabilities
