Location: Westminster, CA(Hybrid (3days a month total))
Duration: 12 Months contract with high possibility of extension.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Journalism, Writing Communications, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Five to eight years’ experience developing communication material and strategies.
- Demonstrated broad understanding of the principles of communication practices and tactics; ability to develop written or graphic communication materials for print, electronic media, and or Web. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong knowledge of English grammar, spelling and punctuation.
