Trim Solutions is a rapidly expanding manufacturer of exterior PVC trim products. The company is a leader in the exterior PVC trim industry with a full line of patented products that address the exterior trim needs of builders and homeowners. We are looking to find the right candidate to fill the full-time position of Fabricator.
What You Will Do
- Work alongside and assist our experienced fabrication shop team in the fabrication of our patented PVC trim products
- Assemble cut-to-size pieces of PVC trim for our patented line of products including window surrounds, door surrounds and window mantels
- Use shop provided power tools and related equipment to construct items offered within Trim Solution’s product portfolio
o Table saws
o Miter saws
o Hand drill
o Drill press
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional, reliable, punctual
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Measure material tolerances to the 1/16”
- High level of attention to detail
- Understand product related Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings
- Ability to demonstrate safe work practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adhere to a daily shop schedule and follow instructions
- Physical ability to perform tasks that will require prolonged standing
- Physical ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Carpentry – experience working with crown molding

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
