Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Baton Rouge, LA, with some work from home flexibility. As a Senior Site Manager in the Biomedical Field, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of clinical engineering and asset management services. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, managing a team of biomedical technicians, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize clinical assets. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting and data analysis to drive improvements in operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Knowledge of clinical engineering and biomedical equipment
- Experience in medical device cybersecurity and asset informatics
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Certifications such as CBET (Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician) are beneficial
