Job Description:
We’re seeking a Seasonal Floral Designer / Holiday Decorator to join our talented interior décor team for the 2025 holiday season. You’ll play a key role in designing and installing beautiful holiday arrangements, decorating Christmas trees, and transforming interior spaces into festive showpieces.
Seasonal Timeline:
- September to October (Part-Time): Focus on designing floral arrangements, selecting and designing décor elements, and prepping materials for upcoming installations.
- Late October to Early December (Full-Time): Hands-on installation of Christmas trees, wreaths, garland, and complete holiday décor setups in commercial and residential spaces.
- Late December to Mid-January: Assist with takedown, packing, and storage of decorations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and assemble custom floral arrangements, centerpieces, and holiday décor
- Decorate Christmas trees, wreaths, and garland using ornaments, ribbon, and lighting
- Set up and install décor in lobbies, offices, model homes, and other spaces
- Collaborate with team members to bring cohesive holiday designs to life
- Maintain organization and care of inventory and tools
- Participate in takedown and post-season wrap-up
Requirements:
- Experience in floral design, event decorating, or visual merchandising preferred
- Eye for color, texture, and detail; strong creative instincts required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working on ladders and in a fast-paced setting
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- English required; Spanish-speaking a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Duration:
Mid-September through mid-January
Part-time during the design phase, full-time during installation, and part-time during takedown.
Pay:
$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
