Responsibilities:
- Be the heart of the transportation industry
- Assign drivers to carry loads efficiently and effectively while meeting safety standards
- Must be able to multi-task, organize daily work projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
- You will track driver’s progress, analyze situations, as well as solve problems and concerns expeditiously
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn industry specific computer programs
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to give, receive and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work under constant pressure
- Must be tactful, patient and courteous at all times
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Industry experience preferred
- Must be able to read, write and speak English (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Compensation/Benefits:
- Full time and Part time on-site positions available ; Mon-Fri from 8:00am-1:00pm (part time)
- This is not a benefit eligible position
- Salary range is $15-18/hour
