What are the responsibilities and job description for the AVL Technician position at Trinity Church & School?
Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week
Must be able to work weekends and evenings
POSITION SUMMARY: The AVL Technician will assist in all venues and events as it relates to audio, video, and lighting needs. This person will also create videos (sermon shorts, testimonies, etc.) in coordination with the Videographer.

- Serve as the multimedia operator for the Chapel venue for weekend services, TSM, and other weekly services.
- Serve as the multimedia operator in all venues for weddings, funerals, and special events as needed.
- Serve in any capacity needed for all weekend services, rehearsals, and Midweek.
- The ability to provide accuracy, skill, and attention to detail while under pressure.
- Aid in planning and installing technical system upgrades and enhancements.
- Assist in maintaining all A/V/L equipment relating to Trinity Church.
- Primary person responsible for archiving and distributing recorded footage in a timely manner.
- Primary person responsible for the maintenance and configuration of our Ross video equipment.
- Be willing to cover additional responsibilities deemed as necessary for fulfilling the requirements of this position.
- Must be a member of or become a member of Trinity Church.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED required. Some college or experience preferred in related field such as audio, video, or lighting production or related technical field. Must possess advanced computer skills on both Mac and PC platforms. Proficiency in ProPresenter, PowerPoint, Keynote, and other presentation software is helpful but not required. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Proven people, organizational and administrative skills.
