Location: Bartlesville, OK
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinic environment. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and supporting our healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care to our patients. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking for a stable, full-time role in a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with various medical procedures.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians or healthcare providers.
Document patient information, including medical histories, symptoms, and other relevant data, accurately in patient records.
Assist with patient education, providing information on medications, procedures, and overall health management.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Prepare and maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with clinic protocols.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and address patient concerns or questions as needed.
Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license in [State Name].
Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Strong clinical skills with a thorough understanding of medical terminology and procedures.

* Apply compresses, ice bags, or hot water bottles.
* Provide medical treatment or personal care to patients in private home settings, such as cooking, keeping rooms orderly, seeing that patients are comfortable and in good spirits, or instructing family members in simple nursing tasks.
* Sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides, sterilizer, or autoclave.
* Make appointments, keep records, or perform other clerical duties in doctors' offices or clinics.
* Set up equipment and prepare medical treatment rooms.
* Wash and dress bodies of deceased persons.
* Clean rooms and make beds.
* Inventory and requisition supplies and instruments.
* Assist in delivery, care, or feeding of infants.
