Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Graduate Medical Education Coordinator to join our Department of Surgery team. Our vision is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to those within our local communities, creating a positive impact for each individual that walks through our doors.This exciting position manages all administrative aspects of the Saint Francis Medical Center Department of Surgery education experience . The Podiatric Residency Coordinator is responsible for maintaining education affiliation agreements and providing oversite of the learner tracking process. This position oversees the onboarding of all residents and fellows and coordinates the graduate medical education requirements and relationships with sponsoring universities. This individual demonstrates the ability to effectively use applicable computer systems required by the department.

Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:
- Exceptional Customer Service: Services as the main point of contact and liaison for Surgery residents and fellows.
- Excellent Communicator: Partner with department Coordinators/Preceptors to enhance processes and ensure compliance with educational policies and procedures.
- Detail Oriented: Monitors and ensures all learners are compliant with onboarding, Health Clearance
- Active Teamwork: Cultivate relationships with all TH Of NE sites and collaborate to standardize educational policies and procedures across the region
Requirements :
- Associates Degree or related experience
- 5 years of Healthcare Education experience preferred
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented team player with the ability to work independently.
