St. Joseph of the Pines is currently seeking a Weekend Concierge for our Belle Meade Independent Living facility located in Southern Pines, NC. Hours are Saturday and Sunday 8:30am – 5:00pm. The primary purpose of the Weekend Concierge is to provide assistance to the residents of Belle Meade and to assist the Resident Services Coordinator in the completion of specific projects as assigned. As part of an interdependent team of skilled and caring people the Weekend Concierge must deliver excellent and professional customer service to both external and internal customers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and accurately directing all incoming calls
- Greeting residents and guests
- Performing a wide variety of administrative tasks
Education and Experience:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service related field such as a Receptionist, Office Assistant or similar position.
