Description:
Are you an experienced outreach professional with your own network of clients or referral sources? Trinity Home Care Agency is looking for self-sufficient Community Outreach Marketers who already have established relationships with individuals or professionals who may need home care services.
This part-time, flexible 1099 contractor role is perfect for motivated individuals with a client base who can independently generate qualified referrals.
What You’ll Do:
- Leverage your existing client base and professional network to identify individuals who could benefit from Trinity’s home care services
- Promote Trinity’s offerings through direct outreach, phone calls, and community connections
- Submit weekly activity logs and referral leads
- Represent Trinity with professionalism and compassion
- Help clients access specialized services such as post-op care, dementia support, and “Bridge to Home” program
Ideal Candidate:
- Has an existing network or client base related to home care needs
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Experience in healthcare, caregiving, community outreach, or sales preferred
- Reliable transportation and smartphone/computer access
