- POSITION SUMMARY
- Service Line leader for the strategic planning and leadership of operational, financial, programmatic and personnel activities for all imaging services throughout Trinity Health System. Oversees radiology systems, ensures proper maintenance and functioning of all radiology equipment and confirms departmental compliance with radiation safety practices and regulations. Responsibilities include the development, monitoring, trending, and guidance of all goals and objectives to ensure Imaging Services meet and exceed the health system's annual financial and operational budgets and community needs. Works closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the coordination and growth of Radiology Services across the enterprise.

- Educational Requirements
- Degree in management and/or Radiologic Technology RT (R); (prefer master's degree.
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in supervisory or management position.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the workings of a radiology department; Knowledge of multiple imaging modalities and functions.
- Must function well under pressure; Must have good rapport with employees, peers, and upper management.
- Understanding of Kronos timekeeping system preferred.
