Trinity Solar is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, career-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Change Order Processor must have a passion for industry and company culture and be able to handle high volume, goal-oriented tasks while adapting to industry changes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Revise post-sale contract pricing details and designs for our Sales Teams.

• Review and process all Change Orders requested Pre-Installation.

• Update our database to reflect the revised contract details and all other pertinent information.

• Review all supporting documentation and process it accordingly.

• Process and follow up on all finance partner related tasks.

• Follow up on all projects that may have missing items or information.

• Follow up and respond to all forms of communication (emails, chatters, and phones)

• Complete all job functionalities in a timely manner.

• Effectively meet deadlines and goals

• Responsible for the retention of all department policies and procedures, including any changes that occur.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have a positive attitude.

• Must have strong mathematical skills.

• Must be dependable and reliable.

• Must be able to work in a group setting and independently.

• Must be self-motivated.

• Must be extremely detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must possess the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and effectively.

• Must be able to adapt quickly to frequent changes.

• Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, and a team player.

• Intermediate computer and technology skills.
• Familiarity with Customer Relations Management systems is desirable but not required.

Compensation: $22 - $23/ hr
