Trinity Terrace is currently seeking a Full-Time Nurse (RN/LVN) to assist with nursing needs on our beautiful 51 bed Skilled Nursing unit.

Work Schedule: Full-Time AM (6:30am-3:00pm)
Wage Range: $27.00 - $35.23 /hr DOE
About the Role: The Charge Nurse is responsible for the supervision of staff and delivery of all patient care within the Health Center during the assigned shift.
- Overseeing and caring for our long term care and skilled nursing residents.
- Assist in ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental and psychological well-being of each resident as determined by resident assessments and individual plans of care.
- Supervising of CNA and Caregiver staff.
Required Experience:
- License to practice as a LVN, RN, or LPN in the state of Texas, or compact license
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a long term care setting is required.
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing and/or long-term care setting.
- Previous experience in a charge nurse/supervisory role strongly preferred
