Trinity Industries, Inc. is searching for a Career Control Process Operator at our Saginaw, TX location Join our team today and be a part of Delivering Goods for the Good of All.

As a Control Process Operator at Trinity, you will set up and operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) machinery that automatically heats and cuts metal or processed material parts. You will also make adjustments to adhere to established specifications and make general decisions as to quality, tolerances and operation sequence.

What you'll do:

• Operate overhead cranes
• Operate manual or automatic thermal cutting equipment - plasma and/or oxy-fuel
• Use basic measuring devices, such as tape measure, and have working knowledge of shop math
• Perform housekeeping and maintain all required records
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What you'll need:

• Experience in machine operation, such as burn
• Overhead crane experience
• Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math
• Safely and efficiently perform all essential functions
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Function as a team member
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and co-workers
• Regular and predictable attendance
