Are you passionate about After Sales and Service... do you understand the mechanical / repair side of the Equipment industry? You will be adding to the customer service, repair efficiency and parts inventory for our client who is a leader in the Outdoor Power Equipment industry. LET'S TALK!!!

Our client is looking for their next After Sales and Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the diagnosing, troubleshooting and repair advice of Outdoor Power Equipment - both gas and battery powered.

Responsibilities :

  • Experience working with :

Gas-powered Outdoor Power Equipment

  • Battery-powered Outdoor Power Equipment
  • Troubleshooting, Repairing and Diagnosing OPE... often over the phone
  • Optimizing processes and working with Customer Service Team to troubleshoot equipment as accelerated support
  • Inventory of Repair Parts and Accessories... ordering and fulfillment
  • Communicating with manufacturing to address product issues and defects.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred... qualifying experience accepted as well
  • 3 years in After Sales Support or Technical Sales in OPE
  • Ability to attend trade shows and other business functions as required.
