We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Maintenance to join our team. The Director of Maintenance will oversee the maintenance department and ensure that all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained to the highest safety, efficiency, and reliability standards. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, budget oversight, and collaboration with other departments to support the company's overall goals.

Essential Duties:
- Plan, organize, and direct the overall operations of the maintenance department
- Possess an understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Oversee equipment installations and upgrades.
- Conduct regular audits of maintenance services and implement improvements as needed
- Take amazing care of our residents
Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Computer proficiency
