A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING DISPATCHER
In this dispatching position, you play a vital role in the operations of our company. Every day, you promptly answer all phone calls as they come in and schedule appointments for our customers. Always customer service oriented, you proactively listen to everything our customers need and efficiently dispatch our technicians to each job. In addition to your dispatching duties, you competently handle any customer concerns that need to be resolved.
We can always count on you to build excellent rapport with our clients while keeping our techs on track. You consistently exceed company objectives and thrive in our fun and fast-paced office. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING DISPATCHER
- High school diploma OR equivalent
- 1 years of office administration education OR comparable work experience
- Experience with business and invoicing systems
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
