ABOUT THE POSTION:
We are seeking a motivated Receiving Clerk to help electronically receive material into our ERP system from vendor deliveries.

Responsibilities
- Receives goods electronically and verifies bills of lading from vendors and material certification documents.
- Maintains database of receiving records and material data to ensure that material is received in a timely manner for customer orders to be shipped and appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required.
- Notifies supervisor of major discrepancies or over-shipments from vendors.
- Performs other clerical duties.

Qualifications
- Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received on a computer.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
